How do I Register?

Click on the Register tab on our menu and complete the online registration form.

How long will it take to approve my account?

We aim to to approve your account within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Any additional information we need from you will be communicated to you at this stage. 

What documents do I need to send to complete my registration?

During the registration process you will be asked to upload documents based on what kind of customer you are. Please visit our how to register to see which documents we require.


If I am ordering pharmaceuticals, what documentation do I need to send?

A copy of the signed order form needs to be sent for every pharmaceutical order to sales@lynampharma.co.uk. We then need the original sent in the post to 4 Bessemer Crescent, Rabans Lane Industrial Area, Aylesbury, HP19 8TF.


Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information from our courier DHL. If there is an issue, please contact the courier company delivering your parcel.
